I'm waiting for the right time when I'm on my motorcycle, pull alongside the cage driver busy on his or her phone, then clutch in and start revving the nads off the TDM850; thanks to a 2-into-1 Devil stainless exhaust system, it is a tad loud and they won't be able to hear anything on their phone :pound: :amen:
Done that, (but on my XJR with Beowulf pipes), it's even better when they haven't noticed your presence:D:D

That's Alzheimer's for you

Lol.

Of course elderly drivers should be taken offthe road. They're a danger to themselves and every one else. That's why their insurance premiums are so much higher than young people's. Oh, hang on a minute...

till startled driver grabs handfulls of right lock as they turn and look at WTF was that noise, but dont see your bike sprawling and tumbling down the road making sparks till your jammed throttle blows your lump to bits as the bike ends up with oil starvation

as the car driver still on the phone says, wtf was that, never saw nothing and calmly carries on ih his warm little motor car.

next day looking at his offside notices a few scrapes and wonders if it was his gatepost.....

very good.

Me & mrs got full no claims running on 3 vehicles we own.
trusty ford escort 1600 estate
even more trusty landie disco 200
and lately mrs lexus 2.5 litre.

had a bit of a gap with the mrs insurance, so bought the lexus to insure just under the 2 years non use and your out rule.
cut a long story short, I got written proof of mrs last 17 or more years full no claims bonus.
I always had 2 seperate Insurances running at anytime for as long as I can remember = lots of full no claims.
all 3 cars include me, mrs, plus son of now 44 years old,
all cars are fully comp, and all come in below £280 per year - bonus protected.

my sone did have an Incident a few years ago, stationary at Thames crossing tolls when a brand new HGV changed lanes and never saw my son immiediatly on his left hand side = pushed him sideways through 3 lanes at the tolls = a no fault accident = no loss of full no claims = paid out within 2 weeks = a happy chappy

So, all you young most experianced drivers,
are you still wet behind the ears @ sub 21 years old,
or think that a 44 year old son is another "old driver".........lol

no slur, nothing implied, but need honest thoughts here ;)

oh, my daughters drive,
drive very well,
one has a jag Stype, R type version @ 420bhp for weekend fun,
the other not so ££ money rich, drives mrs lexus, my disco, and her KA all equally as well - honestly,
but they are 36 & 33 respectivly....
So, are they also "old" in you younger drivers views........lol.

Just you be thankful for the rev limiter or you'd #### yer engine. Talking on the mobile and revving the bolloxs off yer engine to scare another motorist are equally as bloody stupid things to do. If you were paying attention to your surroundings and potential dangers for a motorcyclist correctly, you'd not have noticed some fool in a car on the mobile, it's got nothing to do with you, you are not the law. Ride safely.

In answer to that, and to Carringtons later post, I only do it when stopped at traffic lights.

Yes it has, when it's my safety they're putting at risk.

You alone are responsible for your own safety on the roads, drive/ride within the conditions at the time, gawking at some tit using a mobile whilst driving/riding is really not in your best interest, and it's not safe or responsible driving/riding. ;)
