I have an electrical fault that causes battery to discharge. Because of this I disconnect the battery every time I finish using the car. As a result I have to use the EKA code, in order to start the vehicle. Last week the EKA wasn’t programming and locked out.
Via this site I read a link that suggested leaving the ignition on, and after 30mins the lockout restrictions will disable.
While doing this, I stupidly shut the the door and the vehicle locked.
I managed to gain entry by using a stiff wire and lifting the drivers door lock.
The EKA lockout had disappeared from the dash; but the EKA code still isn’t working and went into lockout again. In the process, the pass front door wouldn’t unlock, but will open by manually lifting the doors central locking nob. However the rear doors will not open, nor will they allow me to lift their individual door-lock nobs.

Any advice welcomed

You've cocked the Alarm setting up that's all. I would try superlocking and unlocking with the fob. Should be able to use key to lock/unlock without EKA then.
Sounds like you don't have a working fob though?

If you get trouble putting in EKA, open then shut the drivers door - will stop the lockout sequence

Mozz will walk you through it ;)

I found a much easier way to get in the vehicle without messing up the latches and such when my P38 decided to lock me out with vehicle running and dog in truck. I thought it was dog for while

Look up RF receiver.

Will a window not set prevent lazy lock? My passenger window does
Not seem able to set

Windows are set by moving from fully shut to fully open and holding the button down when fully down for a couple of seconds. Then moving from fully open to fully closed and holding the button down for a couple of seconds until window set appears. It is done by the BECM but the window motor MUST stall at each end of the down up travel to set the windows and anti trap.

When I had a battery problem I became very accustomed to setting windows, set them all now first go every go, but passenger one refuses to set - something wrong like it's not reading or perhaps juddering slighly???

Motor has to stall. If you have bad gearing it should be clicking at one end of travel. You need to get inside and take a look.

Sounds like last couple of teeth have worn out so it cannot go all the way to top of travel. Take a look and see how soft and crappy the metal is.

Think that sounds maybe correct, slows a little just before entirely closed. Or it may be bent as the door is still crumpled in a bit from going over. I will pull door card and take a peek next chance. need new plastic plugs here and there anyhow. I hoard parts usually, then when I get a few days peace I do few jobs then plan for the next hoard
