I assume you've got the bolts out ok? If so give it some persuasion with a dead blow hammer or similar, should just be the gasket holding it.

Bolts didn't shift, access is a pain so using an Allen key so don't have much leverage, stupid egr is in the way!

Buy an allen-headed socket to fit to your ratchet. Ideally buy one with a longish shank. That's how i got mine to shift.

Think I ned to grind off the EGR unit to get access,

Got allen headed sockets just cant get at the bolts !

I used a hammer on the EGR to just allow access for my socket, the bolts moved quite easily after being on for 17 years.

I know I'm probably too late to help now but I found using an Allen key to get onto the bolts and then putting a longish tube over the Allen key gave me just enough leverage to crack the bolts. Once they are slightly looser you can get away with just using the Allen key.

Hit it with a hammer.. Doesn't only distress you, but also cracks the crap off the threads, their is another way you can fit the kit if up can't get it off the manifold ;)
