while im doing the engine swap on me 90 im gonna do the side exit exhaust if i remove both boxes and just have a straight thru system will it cause problems with the mot?..or will it just be too loud?..ta

I think a straight-through pipe would be too loud.
Mine has one small silencer box and is only fractionally louder than standard.
It hasn't been MOT'd since I did it though, but it shouldn't be a problem.

would it be better too keep the middle box as is?and just remove the rear box

iv got a straight through pipe on my 300 90,its nearly 3" bore and its quite loud!but it does not effect the MOT.
