I personally would not use paypal to accept payment for a vehicle. Cash all the way. This was discussed the other week with regards to a way to pull back the money using paypal iirc.

that brings back memories. My, then, father in law was captain of the Pill cricket team and lived next to the pitch, as did most of his family. I have my wedding reception in the cricket club.
