Hi its the money hungry tosser here send me your address on ebay and i will come drop it off at your house for free

:welcome: Money hungry tosser.

If what has been posted regarding your correspondence on ebay is correct the delivery wouldn't be free as you wanted to charge for it even if he picked it up. Therefore the price would be the same for pick-up OR delivery and therefore it wouldn't be free.

Does this mean the OP will also get EVERYTHING that he was under the impression was included in the contract that YOU posted on ebay?

Which normal person would want the hassle of shipping a bumper if you're willing to pick it up?

Update

The person involved in this has been in touch through eBay, a bit firefly at first understandably but I think they have seen the error of there ways, and both apologised to a mutual agreement, but I still won't be gettin that bumper!

Cheers for the support peeps

Iri.solutions were selling some seats just over a week ago, I bought them as a buy it now and about half hour later, after I'd paid three hundred pounds by PayPal, told me someone else had bought them as a buy it now before me and he couldn't sell them to me but he could sell me a set for £600 instead.. He got negative feedback for this scam.

one that thinks they can charge £15 to drop it off themselves

If you sell something and charge delivery that doesn't mean you have to ship it with a courier - you can drop it off yourself, you still incur a cost in the delivery, and ,frankly the buyer is paying to have the item dropped on their door step, doesn't matter if that is by seller, courier, helicopter or teleporter

That is true but postage costs are also supposed to be reasonable. The OP is obviously local to the seller so charging £15 to drop it off would be excessive but Charging £15 on top of the purchase price to collect really is taking the ****.

If he was to use a courier then fine

Ok, I agree with all the comments about this seller, based on the evidence shown. I also agree with all the comments about stupid postage charges.

But! here is the but, I was selling my old roof lining on eBay, nothing to untoward about that. Iv been on ebay over several years, bought and sold loads and have a complete 100% rating for everythign, including P&P costs.

But heres the thing, some one was able to end one of my auctions early (I dont know how) and a buyer was able to buy a full four pice 110CSW roof lining for the wopping price of £1.30. Realising about an hour after the auction was supposed to end, I contacted the buyer telling him not to make payment via paypal as I belived all my accounts had been compromised. I also told him as soon as eBay and paypal had confirmed it was safe, i would complete the sale or re-list. He replied just saying ok. Two days pased and he made payment via paypal, even when I asked him not too.

He then sent me a snotty message asking me to cancel the transaction so he could remove it from his won list in eBay (he has about 40 transaction to his mane, i have about 375 and mine are 100% posative feed back). I checked wth paypal, changed my account login details etc and then sent back a full refund, along with the message that because I was unsure of the safety of eBay and paypal the good are no longer for sale.

So by protecting my self from a possible hacker and him, as his paypal and mine would be linked by the transaction, am i now a eBay tosser?
