That was in my watch list just to see how much it went for. lol.

How much to post to you though?

Looks like a good price to me.

Thats good then!
Will have to clean it up and repaint it with hammerite :)
Might have to mod my steering guard to get it to fit though :(

Are they easy enough to fit mate?

Just that i've got a dp steering guard fitted and the hangers for that are bolted outside of the chassis spars at the front and the plate comes up quite high.

you may have a problem pal, it has 2 plates that go on the inside of chassis, mounting on same bolts as bumper - which can be interesting if putting it on on your own :D

Daz I see your in Paisley, For carriage speak to Mundells in Hillington they are a freight forwarder you might save a quite a few quid by getting it delivered to them, then pop over and pick it up for a few bob handling charge, they will put you right on how to go about it.

Some guy called steve bought my bullbar off me for £60 then tried to sell it on ebay for £80 followed again at £120 twice after it didn't sell

Still hasn't gone  was a big HD chrome one too ........stupid ****er

Thanks for all the info guys!
Will have some help to fit it as it probably will be quite awkward.
Might have to cut some slots in the steering guard to allow em both to be fitted at the same time! But i'll have to tidy it up and repaint it before then.

Cheers

Got the bullbar today! :)
Not in bad condition, actually looks quite good.
BUT its been powder coated and there is a lot of "bubbling" so there must be rust underneath the powder coating.

Have thought i could remove the powder coating and sort the rust out and then hammerite it!

Anyone have any ideas on the best/easiest way to remove the coating??

Cheers

Thanks for the tips guys! Been busy with the dremel on the disco too today, so the bullbar will fit round the steering guard and bumper!

A bargain but i had to drive from Maidstone to Skegness to collect it

Gave the wife a weekend away by staying over in Norfolk but my bargain ended up costing nearer £300 by doing that
