OK, I now have a new compressor, courtesy of Kurt Johnson thank you very much.

All fitted but now I need the codes reset. There is only one place that will do them here but I find him a bit difficult to deal with so I am looking for someone in the Hastings/Bexhill area that may have the means to deal with it.

I have one chap but he is some way out and as I am on the bump stops not a pleasant prospect to drive there.

It would be lovely if there was someone that could come to me.

Any help?

If you're keeping the car talk to @Datatek about a cable and software. You'll no doubt need it again.

Or try the LZIR map.

I know that you are right, however, I am trying to find someone to do it now. If not, plan B comes into operation!

It would make me happier for someone that knows what they are doing to do it for me.

You will be lucky to find any garage that knows anything about the EAS, but they know a lot about lightening your wallet.

What year and model are you

I have tried a few locally, they don't even know what I am talking about despite advertising that they deal with ALL cars. Tell me about your kit again. I was about to look for your previous message when I saw this one.

I would prefer someone else to do it for me but they are not being helpful.

I can't help but just wanted to say that I'm impressed, that at 71yr old you are learning all this tech stuff. There are those half your age, who can't seem to get to grips with it. Kudos.

Thanks, never too old and all that. I was born into the business but an awful lot has changed in that time. When I started it was Morris 8s, Ford 8s and so on.The mechanical side is no problem for me, I am trying to get my head round the electronics. I boast that I have no need for code readers, I can diagnose with a multi meter. However, a multi meter won't reset the codes so they've got me!

Ok not sure my stuff will work have allcomms for l322, but before I got this I got an autel code reader and resetter I used this to clear faults on my 2005 l322 , it might be worth a try if you know any one close by
I will look into it, thanks.
@radford19 if @barry williams can't help, perhaps posting in Regional LZers will find someone

I will give that a go, thanks.

I m in west sussex and have a nanacom that has unlock codes for aP38 but mine is diesel but i think it will work on the EAS on yours and can come to you if you still need the codes read and the faults cleared send me a pm as to where you are

Thank you for your kind offer, I am in East Sussex, Bexhill/Hastings.
I feel it would be a cheek to expect you to travel this far.

It looks like I shall have to get to the local specialist and suffer the ride on the bump stops.
