Are you talking about the solenoid pin inside? That's what seals onto the little cone under the solenoid. If it's dented heavily, it can leak from there also!!

Not the pin inside, I have three valve blocks and on every one of them the centre solenoid, which i believe does the right front wheel has a rubber cap over the top of the solenoid. As its the same as all the other corner solenoid i just wondered why it has a cover.
As another point i would like to clear up, i have asked a mate to make up some spacers for calibration and sent him the link from the EAS how to in the technical section and he has asked a few questions. As i only want the ones to set the standard ride height with BBS or RSW software, i would like to know the outer diameter of the rod and if it has to have the 10mm hole drilled through the middle. I'm guessing the the 10mm hole is to go over a bolt head or something that holds the bump stop on, but i am not entirely sure.
Drove the beast home tonight as i am away fishing for the next 4 days and i don't want people shifting it around on the bump stops at work. The beep beep beeps only woke me up once, but it didn't drop to its haunches. Some progress at last. I will park it up and pull the relay for the next 4 days and see how it is when i get home.

Cannot remember the diameter off the top of my head but it sits inside the bumpstop so it has to be thinner than the hole in the centre of that. A broom handle will do.

I don't know about the official Land Rover tool document. Just use these lengths from Wammers' guide.

Back after four days fishing and both the left hand air springs are still inflated but the right hand side is down to bump stops front and rear. The rear air springs are new so i doubt that the leak is from the air spring. I have ordered a few bits off of Ebay, but i won't get them for a couple of weeks so i will have to hang fire till then. I think i might get a couple of front air springs also, as they are getting on a bit. Can anybody tell me which ones to buy or not to buy. I have seen Arnotts on Ebay, but i can get Dunlop ones over here though they are the NZ equivalent of 150 quid each whereas i could get some Arnott ones sent over from the UK if they're better.

If you have Dunlop on the rear go for the same on the front, the Arnott ones have a slightly different spring rating, so best to stick with matching all round.
