Hello,
yesterday i have buildt the spacers to recalibrate the eas system.
Tomorrow i start with the work and hope that all parts work good.
@ wammers- thank you for the very good idea to build the 40mm spacers, and all other tipps!!!

I hope my problem with the dancing front will stop then.
What i do not understand is: all airlines and bumpers have no leak, but the Range goes ever in the rear down and in the front some mm's up. The last reason for this symtom is an leak maybe around or inside the valve block, but i change all o- rings and the diaphragma.

If the vehicle is dancing up and down every 20 or so seconds, it could be the height sensors, or an obstructed non return valve. You've probably got one poor sensor on the front and another on the rear. Use genuine sensor replacements, not Britpart ones.

Surely I can't be the only person thinking,

"If that was me I'd have been sawing up and sanding back lumps of wood"

They are lovely, a proper engineer's answer to the problem.

This NRV thing has been said before. I am still awaiting for someone to explain to me exactly which NRV being obstructed could cause that and how it does it?
