suspension will not lift up.
checked compresser thermal switch (good)
checked valve block pressure switch (good)
compressor has been removed and tested, pumps and sucks good,
airbags are good condition after having rear one replaced as it perished badly,
airbags will manually inflate using the kit i bought, and stay at the level until driving then it drops,
the following have been replaced at many hundredds of pounds expense..
rear airbag,
compressor removed stripped and rebuilt
valve block removed inspected
ECU under seat,
had laptop on it many times to read fault codes, only one it comes up with is vehicle has moved, no message on dash

its driving me insane! can anyone reccomend anything?
the relays are good and the fuses, it just wont lift up! :(

Have you got any warnings on the dash display that would indicate that the car thinks that there's a door open?
Several things will 'freeze' the suspension system;
door open
tailgate open
foot brake on
somebody recently suggested that the hazard warning lights would work

Also stick a location into your details. There might be a local EAS wizard.

im in nottingham,
theres no warnign lights,

the access mode light stays lit all the time, then if u select a new height mode it will flash to that mode (lets say high mode) but the bottom one will still stay lit??
ive tried building the air up everything, really baffled me , and so wound up with it

You say in your first post that with the manual inflation kit you can "pump it up and it stays up until you drive it" with the manual inflation kit it should stay up even when you drive it. I would bet that you have another airspring leaking, the leaks open and close where the bag folds under at the bottom, when you drive it flexes and lets the air out. The poor little P38 compressor can't keep up with even a small leak.
The dash lights you describe are correct, it's trying to raise, but the air is leaking out so it never comes up.
As one airspring has been replaced, you can bet the others are on their last legs, they have a life of 7 to 8 years 80K miles.

He says that it drops when he drives it even with the manual inflation kit on, that says a bloody great leak in the system, almost certainly an airspring, leaking and sealing where it folds under.

well tried them all at different levels, it will pump them up to access mode, then when you get out turn car off etc the valves click and it levels to bottom.
if i pump it up in the morning its fine until i turn the car off then it drops..

You can't have it both ways, first you say if you pump it up using the manual inflation valves it stays up until you drive it, then it drops, now you say it stays up until you turn the car off.
Either way the air is going somwhere, the system has a leak, either in the airbags, most likely the airlines, or the diaphragm in the valve block is leaking.
The car will always self level down if parked on uneven or sloping ground or if it has a leak.
