Ok so know I'm even more confused. If I inflate the rear using the valves it doesn't go down overnight.
But when I removed the delay relay from under the passenger seat the rear went down but both fronts stayed up.
I will post a screen grab later showing the retrieved height sensor info from the EAS suite.
 
So you bypassed the EAS box under the bonnet and all was well?

Have you got a Nanocom?
 
No I just fitted the schrader valves to the rear airbags. Inflated them manually and left them overnight and they didn't deflate. I never actually started/ran the car like this.

Unfortunately no nanocom ;(

I am looking to sell the car soon so need to get this sorted before I do.

Leaking rear valves in the valve block. Or the rear pipe connectors in the valve block

If I install new height sensors is it possible to calibrate them using the EAS Suite from the existing height setting figures I've already extracted from using EAS suite?

EAS Suite will recalibrate...but the bit counts of each individual sensor will vary as they are not precision devices....they'll be there or there abouts, but not the same!
 
Given your dancing at the lights it might be the connector to the driver pack or the driver pack itself. Is the driverpack new?
 
Ok will do, I got my new compressor and block from Kurt.

I will do some research I'm getting fed up with chucking parts at it in the hope the problem goes away!
 
Just found out a good trick to disable the self levelling when the ignitions off. Apparently if you got a standard 4 pin relay in place of the delay timer the EAS won't run with the ignition off.
Going to try it with a yellow one from the fuse box.
It says to keep the 6 pin standard relay in the car as you need t for diagnostics but hopefully this might solve my issue!
 
Just pull the timer relay...no need to replace with anything!...just remember to put it back before you turn the ignition on!
 
Well I will know for sure in the morning but fitting a 4 point relay (yellow from the engine bay fuse box) seems to have solved the issue!! Am in north Devon on holiday this week so longest I've left the car is 3 hours, and that was in high mode and didn't drop at all. I live in hope!

Ahhh....so you leave the relay in full time....got it....

pulling the original relay will do the same thing while the vehicle is off...it prevents the system waking to self level....

But you have to put it back again before you start the car....this other relay mod, prevents the self levelling while off, but also means you don't have to refit the original before starting again!

Yes Ant the four pin relay will just switch ECU on with ignition. As the two timer pins are missing the relay cannot wake the ECU up to self level. If the timer relay is playing up i suggest it is stripped and checked for dry or incomplete joins.

Yes sorry should of been clearer yes you leave the 4-pin in there.

I'm more than happy to leave it as it is don't need the self levelling when the things parked! I just hope it's not sat on its arse come sunrise ;) Thanks for all the advice either way.
