i used britpart ones, the colour is purely aestheticwhat colour bushes did you use, there is so many diff colours, each one being stronger or weaker?
this doesnt sound right. what was the advisory?i tell them to use genuine bushes, they fit them and 6 weeks later, its another advisory on the M.O.T,.they fit new bushes, next M.O.T. its another advisory, they blame cheap chinese rubber., thats why i was going to try poly bushes, they say i should never have to change them again.
.
Mine have been fitted for at least five years, I did replace with OEM before, using a press and jubilee clips, what a barsteward.this doesnt sound right. what was the advisory?
poly bushes dont last as long as oem either

i would not think so because they changed the radius arm bushes and it passed the M.O.T.. until the next year, then advisory exactly the same as previous year.Do they not mean the'pin' at the rear of the radius arm that poles through the chassis? That pin may be worn and is part of the arm itself
It says radius arm front bushes.Kermie. if you're doing the job yourself Al then get the four nuts and bolts as well, they usually need cutting off as the inner sleeve rusts to the bolt preventing it from being knocked out.Do they not mean the'pin' at the rear of the radius arm that poles through the chassis? If I wasn't going away you'd be better loading the boot with cash, getting an A frame and towing your brother's car up here and I'd sort them both.
