You may have to zip the csv file to post it on here. Right-click and send to compressed folder or uses 7zip or WinRaR or Winzip.

I have been using EAS Unlock V2 with my little tablet using Win 10, have now got a dedicated cheapo Windows phone and leave it in the car for those little occasions when the dastardly thing goes beep beep. Always seems to work, mind you, I have now finally found the fault but still carry the artillery to fix it when it inevitably fails again 
Mind you, now that the BECM is with Rick-the-Pick I am twiddling my thumbs and have no issues to deal with........
