I have a p38 auto diesel y ref 2001. I have a hard eas fault. I’ve unlocked it with eas reset software but it’s still not right. In the last year I’ve changed the eas pump it had when I bought it and have since put two more new pumps in. I’ve changed the front air bags and the rears look new as well. I’ve also changed the seals on the valve block. I’ve even changed the eas ecu .Since changing the seals on the valve block it’s never dropped over night even when left for a week. I’m 100% certain there are no leaks anywhere. Help please I dont know where to go next.

If the pumps keep failing, there is a leak. If the bags are good and it doesn't drop, the a leak on the storage side is a possibility.

We have had quite a few people with pin holes in the pipe that runs to the tank caused by exhaust leaks, cheep enough to replace pipe to rule it out.
but as Datatek said its feeding a leak some ware.

If no height loss I agree leak is on storage side but it depends on what diagnostics says the fault is

I have vehicle has moved and rr valve stuck closed
"Vehicle has moved" can be ignored. RR valve stuck closed could be a height sensor as if when the ECU commands the valve to open no movement is detected, the ECU will assume the valve has not opened.
Could be the connector the the sensor is corroded, could also be the connectors in the EAS box.

This is what I’m getting this morning

I’m in access mode now but won’t lift any higher a quick drive round the block and feels like rear right side is not getting to height. So I think I’ll start by getting that wheel off and having a look around there. I’ve had about 6 months of faultless operation which is why I’m sceptical there is a leak? This is exactly what happened last time and after changing the ecu everything was fine

The ECU's rarely fail, corroded connections and duff height sensors are common.

Yes it’s odd though that changing the ecu was an immediate fix and now it’s doing the same. Fault with the connection to the ecu on the car side maybe?

As I said, corrosion on connectors is a common problem though not so often on the ECU connector itself.

Right rear air line was not connected properly which explains fault on rr but now the front won’t go up think it might be a weak pump now
