Think outside, no box required.
Old girl has a peculiar issues in that she will lift from access to wade mode quite quickly but lowering her back down takes an absolute age around 2 minutes to get from wade mode to access mode its gone from going "tick tick tick" to making a faint whooshing sound from the valveblock exhaust

It started happening after i plugged in the EAS unlock cable a few weeks ago it had "no idle" but seemed to have done something.

Now with the wires soldered on the A post I have Comms but there are no logged faults, but it is still is acting rather odd.

I was thinking possibly the driver pack has possibly got an issues, or the exhaust solenoid?

any help appreciated..

Haven't fiddled around with EAS for ages, its starting to come back ;)

Unlikely to be the driver pack IMO. Check if the exhaust silencer for the valve block is not full of white powder. See if it drops more rapidly with the silencer removed.

Hiya just checked silencer is free of any debris, the drier is looks ok too all the beads are intact.

The oddity is from wade mode to standard height it takes ages to drop but from wade mode straight to access it drops almost immediately.

Worth looking at the height sensor readings on wade & standard heights for any anomalies

Has the valve block been rebuilt ?? The Inlet & Exhaust valves are different sizes, so swapping them round might result in odd behaviour (assuming the solenoids are in the correct place).

On my valve blocks the Inlet is 2.5, and Exhaust is 4.0.

My theory (unproven) is this is based on the tank having 130-150psi, therefore more pressure to feed air into the bags, whereas when exhausting, it needs a larger valve to allow the air under airbag pressure out quickly ?? As I said, only my theory.

Well i've had a spare 20mins and had another look, it seems she's exhausting not from the usual exhaust on the valveblock but out of this line, which seems to go nowhere?

I think its the thin line that goes in just above the eas exhaust..

Also there is no air coming from the exhaust on the valveblock, which seems odd.

any thoughts?

That open pipe is the diaphragm vent, you may have a damaged diaphragm or it hasn't been installed correctly
