hi all,

In January the eas had a problem and I services the valve block and the compressor for what was a worn air Spring. Well today it has dropped I looked at the compressor and it was scorching! I had to replace an O ring as it had melted. I've hooked it up to a diagnostic and it's telling me the pressure signal is low and the valves are stuck open and closed. I'm hoping this doesn't mean that I have to service the valve block again.

I've had a look through the technical archive at the diagnostics but the compressor is fine and it's already on the bump stops.

A little help with finding the problem?

If the compressor is making good air and you have no bag leaks look at the diaphragm valve.

Thank you,
Would that had broken already? I only changed it at the beginning of the year.

Look at my tech archive EAS post, follow the tests and checks. Could have debris holding it open has been known.
