Hi All
I have checked the eas for leaks both valve block and compressor with the soapy water have had the new o rings installed and that is not leaking still getting Faults saying R/F sensor out of Range could this be the driver Pack and if so Is the part No ANR3900 the right part for a 1997 MY 4.6 hse as I have found a new one for £149 but they say it only fits from 1999 MY but everyone else gives the standard 94-02 any ideas as always much appreciated for any help offered

I would be looking at R/F sensor. Driver pack is only a slave of the ECU. It can cause problems but a sensor out of range is not one of them.

Hi
Sorry forgot to add it was a brand new R/F height sensor put on a week ago because of the message "R/F out of range"

Do you have the Nanocom readings for all the heights before & after changing the sensor ?

How did you check the bottom valves with soapy water ?? Only way I have found to do this, is to pressurise the Valve Block on the bench but upside down so I can see the bottom valves. I also use a few feet of airline fitted between F/L to F/R and R/L to R/R to create an air circuit for leak testing. Same thing for dryer loop. Finally I use pressure test feeding each valve to simulate whether it can hold bag pressure.

Maybe the contacts for your front right sensor are mucky. Try disconnecting and spraying with contact cleaner and then recalibrate

Hi as usual loads of suggestions thanks for that and sorry for delay getting back I only did the soapy water test on the bags and block , I calibrated with eas software everything went fine then the fault appeared I will give it a go trying to clean the contacts on the sensor I have the settings for before and after calibration but they are at home so will post them when I get back later tonight
