can anyone tell me if I need any special tools to do the refurb o rings and the grubbing inside the eas compressor thanks

Cheers mate will give it a refurb as soon as the kit arrives as today it took an age for the rear bags to inflate and the nanocom was saying compressor fault

1/8" Allen key, if you try with 3mm you are liable to render the screw impossible to remove. 1/8" Allen key fully engaged and apply steady pressure.

Cheers fink I've got one of them I've not will pick set up today kit for refurb be here in couple of days

The bags started going up at a normal rate last nite but I did the check this morning and I can easily stop air flow from where the blue pipe attaches so will replace o ring and diaphragm next wkend

Its not a difficult job at all when I could do it. Just beware loosening mounting nuts on compressor you can unscrew the mounting point if the nuts are tight or corroded.

I also use o ring hooks to get the fiddly ones out and the blunt end (not pointy end) of a drill bit that's just a bit smaller than the diameter of the hole to push the o rings in nicely. Works a treat!
