Hello,
My EAS compressor is running well over half the time I'm driving which I'm sure is not correct. Whenever I slow down I can hear it.
If I remove the relay under the passenger seat it's several days before the suspension starts to sink so I guess that there are no major air leaks.
With the relay in place the valve block starts clicking, and the suspension starts sinking, a few seconds after turning the engine off.
I fitted a reconditioned valve block from Kurt just under three years ago and, before that, new air bags and height sensors.
This problem is not new and possibly dates back to when the valve block and sensors were replaced - I don't drive the car a lot and have been ignoring the problem but perhaps I should try and sort something before the compressor fails!
Any thought or suggestions please?
