I would also quote that it would be just another customer who uses the forum having negative feedback towards their company and their lack of support when returning defective products that they have sold . State that you took the chance with them despite extremely poor reviews throughout the forum. That might get them shifting - might not also though - but worth a chance

They are not always bad but there after service and warranty arrangements leave a lot to be desired. They buy a lot of Chinese products that basically are not worth their weight in scrap. It seems to be going on everywhere though these daysMany thanks Kurt. I will source only from you now having read all the posts so really, as soon as you have one, I would be grateful. Just about to go and video WITH sound for my campaign against Rimmers.....and only a refund-will not entertain a replacement. Ironically have had to ditch a steering stabiliser(2 months old) from them last week as well so more ammunition! Have opted for the Australian Recovery one so fingers crossed.
