Not sure where that is to be honest, looks to be in the engine bay ?
Is that the expansion tank on a TD5 ?
Is this a left-hooker ?
Isn't the bonnet switch to the left of the tank near the brake pedal box on a RHD ?
You obviously have a book/diagram, what does it say that earth connection is for ?

Probably hasn't got it.
Sure my TD5 has some wires going to that earth point, will look at the weekend.

That would be good mate, as, no ABS on mine...just curious if you don't have ABS but do have something connected there what its for??

Correct!
If I get a chance I will look at the weekend, although mine is 2002, which might not be relevant.
If I do have something attached to it, I won't bother to investigate as everything works at the moment and past experience would suggest " if it works leave it alone".
