Going to look at a 71 RR tomorrow - where should I be looking for Chassis/body numbers etc to make sure what I'm looking at is what it says it is?

Cheers

I think its in front of the front spring hanger on the drivers side???

Got any more details on that one price, condition? etc I am thinking of getting one. Dont worry I wont poach it off a fellow zoner!

Now, now....

Didn't buy it. It is the red one that was lsited on eBay a couple of weeks ago, up for £5500 on a buy it now.

Originally white, then apparently painted pink and used as a promotional vehicle. Allegedly. Then painted its current colour. Looks like someone 'did it up' in the past - later rear lights, interior trim etc. I struggle to see how someone has put £12k into it. Especially since theres an ugly glass sunroof held in place with silicone sealant.

Instead, I've bought an early 110 CSW V8.

How much was he asking for it since ebay didnt work?

Oh and si :mooning: PML

this is the one that had alarm bells ringing. and that lambo blue one did not really sell either

Lambo blue one did sell...to a mate of mine. He wants to sell it on if anyone's interested. I've seen it : it's a lovely hard dash vehicle that has been owned pretty much all of its life by one chap.

sorry, i been watching the guy who sold it feedback rating, and non has been left for the rangie, so thought it was a moody bidder that had won it.

It is unique. It's the car that started the Autobiography range and is the only one in that colour made by LR.

Thats alot for a taxed one!
