Hi Guys , I am after a little info on my freelander , Its a freelander 1 and is a 2002 model with a chassis number 2A blah blah .
Anyway I have had a problem with the front near side wheel abs sensor . I removed this sensor and found that it has had some wear into the plastic through to the metal inside the sensor, I have ordered a new sensor but I dont want to put this back in as I cant seem to figure out why the old one has been worn .
When I look down the hole to the shaft I see that have of the hole is block by the drive shaft , so it looks like the drive shaft has moved and this could be the cause of the wear , Is there a washer or a spacer of some sort that is supposed to go between the drive shaft and the hub to keep the sensor and shaft in the correct place .
Hope this makes sense
Thanks Djay
