300 tdi in a disco seriously down on power and over heats on load.

checked the timing and thats perfect

Its boosting as i can see the top intercooler hose expanding

top speed is about 50 and seems to be very slow revving

temperature starts to rise on load


any ideas???

check rad is hot all over core surface,check coolant level with all bungs out and overflowing,check boost pipe from turbo to pump top is pressurising when revved ,check for air in fuel and lift pump working,do a compression check
