Hi,

I have today just started having a problem with a door sensor on my 2000 Freelander. The light in the dash indicates there is a door open somewhere, the interior light wont go out and the alarm briefly go's off when i lock with the remote, 5 or 10 seconds later it go's off again continuously...

The AA say it is a switch somewhere but other than that they wern't much help.

Any ideas?

check all windows are fully up including the tailgate window.

Try disconnecting the wire to each door/bonnet switch in turn until warning light goes out.
