In the nature of bustersbus How To's has anyone ever done a door refurb with pictures or decriptions

you can buy new door skins that just need folding at the edges around repaired frame not too difficult
 
Had my doors refurbished here. Not cheap, but suited me at the time and they did a great job.
Website they are booked up for the rest of 2011? I am in Bristol next month and was hoping to drop 2 doors off.... will give them a call
 
we can refurb your doors, front,2nd row csw and rear,depending on how far gone they are,also were in the process of having some accurate profile bottom repair sections made for defender doors for diy'ers.we also galvanise the door frames after repair,pull back into shape,then paint and coat the new skins and frames to resist aluminium corrosion.not cheap but they'll last for years.i use them on my full galv rebuilds,neil, deeside 4x4 ltd

Dropping them off is the cheapest option, otherwise I think they charge for taking them off and putting them back on.

I dropped mine off on the way to our holiday on the south coast last year, and picked them up on the way back (obviously I wasnt driving the Defender:D)
