although its not that clear from yr discription, try these: if by blowing/stops working you mean fuses/power loss then try disabling one by taking the plug off the lock mechanisms in turn.
if they work then pack up then work, take the lock mech out and dismantle it by taking off the cover thats held on by about 4 or 6 small screws, free off the workings inside and get it greased up, connect it to car and operate the locks with the fob(alarm will prolly go off here) a few times and reassemble if operating. give it a few goes to get grease bedded in. reassemble and you should be good to go!
