Boys (and ladies) do any of you know if the o/s/r door lock is the same as the o/s/f door lock as there seems to be loads of locking mechs for sale but no drivers door ones. Thanks in advance

No it's not the same, if you look on flea bay look for rover 75 rear locks they are the same lock but for some reason appear cheaper.
