Might be a silly question but are you supposed to lube the door hinges on a 2006 TD5. If so ........how?

Open the door rub some grease into the hinges, shut the door.

Job done

Get a can spray grease,it goes in better and stays put longer than oil.

You beat me to it. Spray grease (or chain lube if you're a biker) is good stuff. It has a solvent which makes it thin enough to spray into things, but then the solvent evaporates leaving just the grease behind. Whatever will they think of next.
