Do the door hinge bolts that go into the bulk head screw into the bulkhead or is there a nut on the other side?

Captive nut (hooks over the frame)

The bolts screw into a spire type nou that clips onto the bulkhead. There was a thread regarding this issue recently; they can be bought for about a pound each.

Spot on thanks folks, my search is playing up, but that answers my question, didnt want to rist losing a nut inside the bulkhead lol - good old buster!

They're called J-Nuts. I refitted with galvanised ones.
