mine was rotten past the putting a new pannle in so i cut it all out and used angle to make a new frame

then use flate plate over the lot the only problem iv found is that its abit hight so i have to push down on the backs of my rear seats to get them to click in and the last pic after flooding my car i decided to pull all the carpits out and shoults it all

The only problem I'd have is the dog will be skidding around in the back. As long as it passes an MOT it don't matter what it's made of.
 
i was gob smacked at how bad it was realy the seat belts what was solid and the center cross members were kinda ok, dog should be ok made a new boot carpit.
 
nice job there....

did you remember to clean the sedimenter while you had it like that?
