Me S3 failed its MOT yesterday, not too bad corrosion within prescribed area of o/s/r leaf spring rear hanger and insecure exhaust caused by rust.

so off came the tank, welded up the small hole in the chassis and put the tank back up next i welded the exhaust up and plated up the hole i have been meaning to fix for a couple of months, took it for a test drive to see if the exhaust rattled nope all good but...... when i got back i found...... a rapidly growing puddle of doozel under the rear of the tank! bugger!!
it seems i have cracked the seam (arf arf) lucky i had a tube of chemical metal knocking about in the garage and it is now sealed for the time being
