Ive replaced seals on my doors but the top corners have split within a month, tried reajusting the doors themselves and recently tried using Butyl tape covered with duct tape. Still leaks like mad though. Get some funny looks trying to dodge the constant flows of rain water haha. Going to try again this weekend with sealant then butyl tape with duct tape over it. Theres got to be a way!! :)

go back to my link and smoke machine and see how they fix there leak, it is on you tube, very old school;)
 
you need a man with a welder to run a bead all around the doors and youll be reet. :D
 
Afternoon all

So - looking like its the join between the top side panel and the base side panel - the original gasket is sticking out a bit.

Guessing its a silicon job unless someone has any thoughts?
