The only other 2004 Defender xs I can find on the web with the same wheels as mine is mine in an old add....

I think they're Disco 1 wheels ... but it might depend on what spec was specced by the buyer when the vehicle was bought.

I'd have thought a Defender XS would have Boost alloys, somewhat like the following ...

They were standard wheels for the late 300tdi Defenders with County spec added, early ones came with steel wheels. Not sure if they were ever fitted to the TD5, as above, I think they should be boost wheels.
 
In answer to yer question, if yer wheels are roughly circular, fit on the hubs and go round and round, how DFNL can they be 'wrong'???

I have the same year TD5 90 XS they have Boost alloys as standard, as mentioned above yours look like Disco wheels.

Because if they are Freestyle wheels on a 110 Defender then they are not weight rated for a 110 and will void your insurance and you are driving a vehicle which is not road worthy. Just saying XX
 
P38 or disco wheels all of which are at least as heavy as a fender so don’t worry on the weight.
Do be ware though if you get serious electrical problems it’s from the p38wheels
