Try closing your boot.
Hand book is Italian language but zero message anyway. plus display is dead. So I'm guessing the words.
Thanks for the advice, it could be "OPEN" so I will check all doors.
it says "REPAIR YOUR DISPLAY"
Necropost time. I'm hopefully on the final straight with the Golden Girl. As the original display can't be repaired, my thought is update. I tried the link above , but it now just takes me to the generic , car radio , page.https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/172855473141
I am lucky i have working everything including the very dated sat nav and cassette player. Iv been playing some of my dads n mine old tapes in the car much to every ones amusement.
I also have a parret kit fitted by the previous owner........but just like in my p38 once i fitted the android i wished i had done it sooner.
Will proberly fit one of these in the summer. Just check if you need the extra lead to connect to the original amp or not
Thanks Dave, but I read your other post incorrectly. I thought it was for a radio/satnav. Ahhhh well back to the search. Thanks anywayI can not find the actual seller I used but this is the type I used.

It's pretty straight forward just make sure you clean the pcb properly for this to work

Is the screen backlit but blank? Seems common but I’m sure you know all about fuse 49/amp connectors damp/battery disconnect etc?

Replacements are available (£50-100) but don’t do that unless you are sure it’s the screen itself
