Hi....has anyone experienced a low droning noise from the engine under acceleration (similar sound to when driving on a different road surface say concrete as opposed to tarmac). My discovery is 4 yrs old, is an automatic with 48000 miles on the clock. It was serviced about 3 months ago and had a new set of wheel discs placed on. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Dave

t'is more fuel efficient to only use half the engine
Good idea. Might try it with my 300,might make some funny noises though
