That is a serious set of tyres!

They look like 35s and easy 13.5" looks like they're fitted with lockers in them axles too!

I was going to put new boots on but have decided to round up the cash to fit diff locks first as the Coopers have loads of life left in them yet!

You thinking about a set of them boggers for your D3?

Oh and I so miss a V8 :(

My old 3.9 used to return around 7mpg in the auto D1, I just never got tired of the noise :D

that would be interesting seeing a set of boots like that on my D3 , what coopers do u have on urs please, mine are the cooper at/3

wondered that ref the lockers , ie ARB maybe ??? , bet they’ve also fitted some serious skid pans, for the vehicle that is ;)

oh yes V8 , did u drive through tunnels slower than normal so u could hear the burbleo_O

I got Cooper STT in 235/85 r16 flavour, they're a bit bigger than standard :)

I swapped out the whole back axle and rebuilt all the 24 spline hardware into the front axle to enable me to fit them alloys ;)
