Hi all, just need some advice please.
I have a discovery 300tdi, not commercial, which I used to use for pleasure, now I use it for my company. I have taken the rear seats out, which has made lots of room. however how do I go about changing the documents with the DVLA changing it to a commercial vehicle, is this something I can do? Or is it not allowed?
If it can be done, how do I go about it? and how much will it cost?

why is it suddenly a commercial?

does that mean my disco bobtail ive taken the rear seats out of is a commercial

am getting a tacho fitted as I will be pulling a trailer a few times a week, oh ok thks barmatt.!! am sorting the insurance in the morning :)
heres my intro, which never happened........
hey guys, new to the site, had land rovers all my life, only just got enough computer skills to be able to come on here haha, looking forward to speaking to everyone, plus trying to help with problems!

why the need for a tacho?
 
cos when towing a trailer for hire and reward, I need one :) as i will be towing 3 1/2 ton
unless i dont need one?? but i have been told by a lot that I do
 
not sure where you are but as far as i know a comercial disco ISN'T LEZ COMPLIANT FROM 2012
( london emmision friendly ) but a car one is

Yeah, the congestion charge in Manchester was thrown out last time around...tis a bit like smelly **** tho...eventually ya just know it's gonna happen, not 'if' but 'when'.

Welcome and Hiya, with regards to problems, the good people on this site have "situations" not problems. ( Coughs and leaves ) with coat.
