Thank you all, it's good to be here!
The Discovery 2 is popular here in the states. One well kept commands a healthy price.

Oh no! What model in particular? MY '17 was the only one affected by the 3g shut-down.
I wish there was a way to run the telematics on 4 or 5 g.

Old ones and new ones. I've owned 3 RRCs for over a decade. My son had a Disco 1and 2. I've had many wealthy clients in Aspen who have owned them. I have a friend who has worked for Land Rover for years. And I've learned a lot here.

There are a few good stories about Land Rovers in there, but not a whole bunch.

I probably haven't run them long enough. I started with an LR2 in 2013 which I still have. That and my '17 D5. So far so good; no real trouble with either of them, although I'm scared that the windshield will leak on my D5.

Time will tell.
Knowing what I know now, I'd never buy a Land Rover unless I had nearly limitless funds and patience.
I possess neither.
