also my ecu plug and wires are melted about so my mate told me to get another ecu plug and wire it to the original wires as that could be chucking faults about

It certainly could. Did you wire in another plug, and if it was the red one were you careful to wire in the shielding for the crank position sensor correctly? A fault there would give you the MIL (amber engine light) and cause running issues. Perhaps the HDC/TC lights are symptoms of the same ECU wiring problem.

I would suggest that your symptoms are very likely due to the issue with the ECU plug and will not be fixed until you have an auto electrician carry out a repair. Let us know how you get on.
How did it come to be melted? You may wish to check that the ECU itself is not faulty.

Had it tested tonight and my manifold is only kicking out 108kw should be at 250 ish if not over as it had a remap aswell so not had a service in i dont know how long so that might be one of the issues and also my ecu plug and wires are melted about so my mate told me to get another ecu plug and wire it to the original wires as that could be chucking faults about
no point in asking till ecu connector is fixed, your asking about an electrical problem when you know you already have an obvious issue

So heres a update on my landy problem so I plugged in my hawkeye which I bought and its chucked up a road speed missing fault im I right thinking its to do with ecu and causing of my landrover juddering ?? So I'm going to wire up a new ecu plug as mine is melted and fingers crossed that's the problem of the causes . Also I've serviced it and now its runs alot better and its quieter not been serviced in 3 years by previous owners they had it for offroading and abused it .
