Hi all, I am in the middle of trying to repair my discovery 2 air suspension....yes another one bites the dust. Thing is I am pulling my hair out with this one. I noticed over a period of time that the back end was squatting and realised that i hadnt noticed the pump operating for a while. It was still driveable but decked out on drops. My air bags, both recently replaced were not filling. I checked all fuses relays wiring etc but no joy. I have now deflated the system so am stuffed, to replace the piston ring as all pumps seemked to be operational but not imflating bags. All backi together and still no joy...SO....New air bags, new actuators, new piston ring, the pump runs, the actuators operate the relays on the distributer block....but no lift off!!!! Any ideas appreciated.

Regards Tony

So the pump is running then ?

Make sure doors are all closed other wise it wont work. engine running and put a jack under the tow bar and jack it up till just below ride high and see if it starts pumping.
