Hi All, Im BigNige1 and I need help.
I removed my Airsprings a couple of years ago and put coils on,but now I want to replace the coils back to Airsprings, which is easy.
However I replaced the height sensors with new ones and fitted a new compressor and reset the the system back to Air suspension using my Hawkeye but nothing works.
Can anybody point me in the right direction as to what is possibly wrong or where im going wrong.
Cheers

Hi, a few questions:

1. are you sure it's set for air?

2. is the SLS warning on?, you can see if the warning works on self test after ignition...if it doesnt come on then off it means the setting is not for air suspension...maybe it didnt take the command from Hawkeye.

3. in circuit tests you can inflate the bags with hawkeye...did you try that? ..anyway i think you'll need nanocom too for height sensor calibration

and make sure that all the doors+taildoor are well shut otherwise the compressor will not work

Hi, Yes definitely set for air, tried a dozen times, checked fuses, and tried again. All the doors were closed so at a loss as what to try next, dont want to go to main dealers for obvious reasons.
Thanks for your feedback

Hi, Yes the warning lamps are all on and I tried to inflate using my Hawkeye.
I have a feeling that the new compressor is a dud, I am hot wiring it today and then sending it back if possible
Cheers

the relevant for the compressor is fusible link FL 9 and relay R5 in engine bay, swap relay R5 with R3(headlamp wash) for test or bypass the contact of R5 with a paperclip to check the compressor...you will hear it if it runs but it wont inflate as the valves are closed

Hi, Thanks for the info, I can't get to do that till next week but will let you know how i get on with it, fingers crossed and cheers again

Hi, All sorted and working well now, it was the fuseable link which was the problem.
Thanks again for your help.
