Hi got a 1998 disco v8 auto
I have no 4th gear all others are ok.
I have changed the oil and filter but still cannot get 4th any help

Get it on a diagnostic reader see if there are any clues as to what is hapening

what colour was old oil

The old oil was dark red but not burnt
