Hi Guys.
I need some advice please.
Can i connect an Ultra Guage to my above mentioned vehicle,is the plug under my dashboard driver side OBD 2 compatible?
My car has a distributor and not coilpacks.
I am looking for something that can monitor my engine while driving and protect me from burst waterpipes or oilpump that fails.(Don't wan't to loose a motor)
Any help will be appreciated.

The Disco will be OBD II compatible, but if you want to " protect" against oil pump failure or burst hoses, just keep an eye on your gauges/warning lights. You could add a relay set up to trigger an audible warning for oil pressure if you really wanted to.

Are you sure the Discovery is OBDII compliant? I thought they weren't compliant until late 2004?

Maybe my bad. OBD only then. Thought they were compliant after 94?
