this is mostly all the rust in my 97 disco1 it is not too good.

There is nothing there, a Disco with no rust would be a thing of beauty.

Took a bit of cutting to get rid of it all.

Now let us see how good your welding is

Yes, I saw the pic in post 2 ..

I would really doubt that. Once you start cutting back to bare metal to replace you'll find more. Have you checked the boot floor and rear body mounts, for instance ...

Shuuush! Paul, don't scare him off into scrapping it just yet, let him weld it up, underseal it, then tell him where else to look, he might scrap it if he finds too much
