i got a disco td5 one min it starts one min it wont i went out other day i turned key nothing then came home and it started so some times turn key nothing any ideas
Number-one favourite for your symptom is the smaller wire going to the solenoid on the starter. It may be hanging off the tag, or loose, or dirty, and sometime works, and sometimes not.
The copper contacts in the starter solenoid, mine was the same, you can get a repair kit (new contacts) for about a tenner on flea bay, mine has been spot on since.
