Anyone help please Every now and then I am getting the red Auto transmission warning light flickering on, when driving up hills. How the hell do I check the fluid level. Brownie points for any help. Thanks to you all

The red warning light is the fluid temp warning. to check the fluid you need to get underneeth the disco and the level plug is at the front of the gearbox sump and you need to check the level with the engine running.
