Hello all,

I have a 2003 Discovery TD5 and I am interested in purchasing some Diagonistc kit for it. I have narrowed it down to two products which I am interested in both advertised in the Landrover Owner Magazine. One is the Hawkeye Land Rover diagnostic tool and the other is the Nanocom Diagnostic kit. Looking at both pieces of kit the Nanocom looks like the best bet as it seems to do more and is cheaper. I was just wondering whether anyone on here has used either piece of diagnostic gear or knows which one is the best to buy?

Cheers

Thanks for the speedy reply!

Yeah the nanocom looks more better as it appears to do more and it looks like good value for the price

I have the black box faultmate mv, a brilliant piece of kit but a bit on the expensive side. The only reason i have that is because it was the only affordable diagnostic kit to suit the p38 i had, and they only charged me £56 to swap the license to the disco. If i had to buy one now it would definately be the nanocom, it does the same job as the one i have now at less than 1/2 the price.
