Centre bearing has movement, I see the bearing can be purchased separately, but the price for complete assembly and price for bearing on its own, I am leaning towards complete assembly
Has anyone successfully changed bearing with no further grief ?

I have recently changed my prop due to centre bearing failing. The old prop u/j was very notchy. There are no grease points on them. So it is a gamble when changing the centre bearing if there are other issues.

As per lazydave, when I changed my whole prop the rear u/j was very notchy, real crap design.
The prop bolts are also bloody tight.
